Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds for customers in the USA. This Return Policy applies to all orders placed with Yirmeyahustore and shipped within the United States. All prices and refunds are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Order cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it within the 30-day window.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
- Free of stains, odours, alterations or damage caused after delivery
- Returned with the original tags attached
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned. These exclusions do not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Restocking fee
Restocking fee: $0.00. We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.
How to start a return
- Write to us through the Contact page or at yirmeyahu@yirmeyahustore.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply with a return authorisation number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
- Send the parcel to the return address given in our reply. Please do not send returns to our business address without authorisation.
Return shipping
Return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved we email you a prepaid return label, and you are not charged for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we inspect it within 1–2 business days and let you know by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want — this is the quickest way to reserve the new piece for you.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
